Who are you anyway?
We have been in the publishing field for over 25 years designing books for children. We decided it was time to expand into different venues and to create our own line of products. We developed the six cute critters and are planning on using them in all sorts of kid products! So far we are having a lot of fun and that’s our goal!

What’s up with the character names?
At first we left them nameless but they were so cute we felt we had to call them something individually. We played around with names but their final names are words that mean either laugh or giggle in other languages or are just names we fell in love with.

Are your products safe?
Yes, we have our products tested to make sure they meet all consumer standards! We love kids and want them to be safe!

How quickly do you ship?
NOTE: Orders will begin shipping for the first time around August 10th, after that, we'll generally try to ship within 2 days as long as we have inventory in the warehouse. We will let you know ahead of time if something is currently unavailable.

How do you ship?
We prefer UPS ground. We find they offer the best rates and the items arrive in great condition.

You sell handmade stuffed versions of the GoGo Giggles?
Yes, we have always love handmade products and want to always try and have some products that are made by different kinds of artists here in the USA. If you think of something you would like to see with our characters on it, please let us know!

Explain the comment about donating proceeds to help Literacy?
Since our background has been in children’s books, we take learning and reading very seriously. Even though we have moved on to different products we did not want to leave our commitment to helping kids learn to read. In the past we have contributed to a great organization called CLiF (Children’s Literacy Foundation). They help get books into the hands of kids that might not normally get them. We are committed to still working with them and other groups to promote literacy. Check them out at www.clifonline.org

Do you take returns?
We take the quality of our products very seriously. If you receive and GoGo Giggle product that is defective you can send it back for a full refund. But we hope everything arrives in good order!

I see you only have a few of the characters on the shoelaces. Why not all?
Good question. We are testing the waters and want to be sure enough of you out there like them. We’ll be adding more character specific designs to all the lines as we move forward. If you can think of a product you want to see “gigglefied”—just let us know!
