Will not warp, buckle or delaminate
 Will not have core voids or core laps, which render the plywood unusable as an underlayment
 Will not cause "yellowing" of floor covering
 Will not transfer wood pigment/color to floor covering

When properly installed in accordance with their installation instructions. Should a problem covered by this warranty occur, the flooring dealer or distributor must be notified within 30 days from the time the defect is discovered. A representative from the distributor, and from NordPly, must be given the opportunity to inspect the flooring prior too any alteration, change or repair. Samples of the underlayment and flooring showing the defect, and the original invoice including the wholesale vinyl invoice will be needed in order to process the claim.

NordPly is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
